What is a career assessment?
The career assessment process involves a series of objective psychological tests that look mainly at a person’s aptitude, personality, career interests and values. These assessments enable clients to explore their academic potential, personality and interests in order to facilitate a promising and fulfilling career journey. During this process clients will participate in an intake and feedback session as well as a computerized career assessment battery. The main goal of a career assessment is to help the client understand themselves and careers better in order for them to make informed career decisions.
