Psychotherapy

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking that we used when we created our problems.”

~ Albert Einstein

Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual’s well-being and mental health, resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and improve relationships and social skills. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that can be helpful when dealing with many different challenges in life. T

My current areas of interest are anxiety-based disorders, depression, adjustment difficulties, as well as emotional and behavioural difficulties. My therapeutic approach focuses on building enduring relationships with each client. The relationship becomes the vehicle that facilitates a change in perception and behaviour.

I offer online based therapy using Zoom (or a secure platform of your choice), or face-to-face therapy at my practice in Bryanston.
